• Stowaways, deserters and refugees;
• Life salvage;
• Loss or damages to property, cargo claims;
• Pollution; 
• Towage liabilities; 
• Collisions, wreck liabilities, wreck removal and salvage expenses;
• Gross Average;
• Authority sanctions and compliance.
